Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart Masterclass with Karmen Lu
At just 24, WA local and dessert specialist Karmen Lu graced our screens as a Masterchef Australia 2016 contestant. After amazing viewers with her incredible creations, Karmen is now pursuing her dream of opening a Dessert and Whisky bar in Perth.
Guests will learn:

– how to make the salted caramel filling
– fill their own chocolate tart shell with salted caramel
