The chef: Executive Pastry Chef & Chocolatier Deniz Karaca has made a name for himself in the Australian chocolate & dessert scene after being named the #1 chocolatier in Australia and Asia in 2012 and 2013, being ranked amongst the top three in the world after his participation in the World Chocolate Masters in 2013. Most recently he was named Australian Patissier of the Year 2016.
About: Join Deniz as he conducts this hands on masterclass and showcases his amazing skills & techniques. Guests will prepare his famous Passion for Caramel Tart as seen on Masterchef Australia and be able to take it home with them to enjoy!

The chef: Kiran started his career with the renowned Taj group of hotels and resorts as a corporate Management trainee in 2005 at various prestigious hotels all over India. Moved to the USA to pursue a hospitality internship under the world famous Hotelier Horst H. Schulze at the Capella Hotels and Resorts. In 2015 he joined the team at Crown Perth and is responsible for the banquet Pastry portfolio.
About: Kiran is excited to share his interpretation of the spectacular ‘Rubik’s Cube Cake’ and will present and work through the elements involved in 3-4 varieties of the cube, originally created by Cedric Grolet. The class will give attendees a chance to assist with assembling and tasting the wonderful piece. All guests will receive recipe handouts from Kiran and the team.

The chefs: Diana Beeck is the owner of Bites By D, a dessert cafe in Mt Hawthorn specialising in crafting beautiful desserts with exceptional attention to flavour.
Diana will be joined by her Head Chef, Natt Natthaphol Natt finished his studies at Le Cordon Bleu in Bangkok, he was also Head Chef at Hilton for 10years.
About: Join Diana for this hands on masterclass where you will create a truly special entremet (multi-layered mousse-based cake with various complementary flavors and varying textural contrasts). The masterclass will also include tips on creating the perfect mirror glaze.
