Kiran started his career with the renowned Taj group of hotels and resorts as a corporate Management trainee in 2005 at various prestigious hotels all over India. Moved to the USA to pursue a hospitality internship under the world famous Hotelier Horst H. Schulze at the Capella Hotels and Resorts. Returned to India in 2008 to successfully open India’s first luxury chocolate boutique stores “Bliss Chocolates”. Post which he was entrusted with an opportunity at one of the world’s best resorts in Maldives Taj Exotica resort and spa. In Australia he was part of the preopening of the popular eatery in swan valley the Boutique Mandoon estate Restaurant and Brewery before joining the team here at the Crown Perth in 2015. He is responsible for banquet Pastry portfolio.
