The inaugural event held in January 2017 was attended by 3489 people with 72% of attendees being female. With the 2018 event designed to be bigger and better we anticipate increased attendance with up to 4500 people attending.
The exhibition will be once again be hosted at Crown Perth in the recently renovated Grand Ballroom space and will run over two days, with a full day exhibition on Sunday 4th February.

The 2018 event will also see the introduction of a marketplace. This is suitable for boutique businesses who offer non-food items and only require a small amount of space. If you are interested in more information please email email@example.com

2018 Exhibitor FAQ:
Q: When is the deadline for our exhibitor booking?
A: We will accept exhibitor bookings up until the 19th of January 2018 (or until sold, which may be sooner).
Q: Can I sell my products/services at the expo?
A: Yes you can and this is encouraged.
Q: I would like to offer samples of my products, is this possible?
A: Yes, you are welcome to do so. Please note Town of Victoria Park may require you to apply for a permit.
Q: Is this the first event?
A: No, we hosted our first event in 2017 and had over 3400 attend. 2018 will be our second event with future events planned each year.
Q: I have my own setup and just need power. Can I purchase space only and power separately?
A: Yes, once you have booked your space we will provide you with upgrades which include additional furniture or power. You can select based on your individual requirements.
Q: Can I share a space/stand with someone else?
A: Yes, you can share space or a stand. The booking will remain in one contacts name however we can add additional contact details against your booking if you wish.
Q: Are there other opportunities to participate other than the main expo day on Feb 4?
A: Yes there may be, depending on your product/service offering. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire further.
Q: I own a café/restaurant. Is this sort of expo suitable for me to attend or exhibit?
A: Both, this expo is a great opportunity for cafes to increase their brand awareness and engage with Perth foodies and coffee enthusiasts. We also encourage cafes to enter their baristas into our barista challenge and welcome their attendance on the day. It is a great opportunity to interact with possible suppliers, developing new business contacts.
Q: I need to use gas to cook with, is that possible?
A: Unfortunately as this is an indoor event, gas is not allowed. Electric hotplates are however acceptable. Please make sure you let our team know if you intend to cook things at the event.
