Like most people, Gary fell into the coffee industry by accident, picking up some café work after deferring from university studies. His love affair with coffee grew, as he tried to perfect how customers experienced coffee. In an effort to educate coffee drinkers further, he founded the Youtube channel Coffeefusion, which is now a full time project focusing on improving peoples’ understanding of coffee, with an increasing emphasis on the link between farmer and coffee drinker. Gary placed 3rd in the 2012 WA Latte Art Championships at his first try.
